Cheeseburger Crescent Bake

Cheeseburger Crescent Bake

Prep Time: 10mins Ready In: 30-40mins

This is so good and is requested by the guys in my house all the time, and the best part is, I can prepare it, put it in the fridge, and stick it in the oven later! If you like cheeseburgers from McDonald’s, you’ll like this meal!

Ingredients

1lb beef, cooked, drained

1/2 cup ketchup

1/4 cup dill pickle relish

1 1/2 cups shredded American cheese

1 (8ounce) can Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls

9-10in glass pie plate

In 10in skillet, after meat’s been slightly drained, mix beef and ketchup. Heat to boiling over medium high heat; stir in relish and 1 cup of cheese. Spoon into ungreased 9 or 10in glass pie plate.

Separate dough into 8 triangles; roll up 1 inch on shortest side of dough. Place dough on top of meat mixture in spoke pattern. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. (Dough basically covers top like pie crust.) Bake at 375 degrees. 15-20 mins or until dough on top is cooked.
